About The Yeshiva

Our Philosophy

Our mission is to provide our students with the knowledge and skills they will need to live a rich and productive Jewish life. We cultivate the drive within them to become independent learners, capable of mining Jewish wisdom from its original text.

Our motto is “Make Yeshiva too good to refuse.” We discovered that by providing five-star service, students feel like valued members of an important mission, causing them to take their studies far more seriously.

The Rebbe's Vision

In the 1960’s the Lubavitcher Rebbe started yet another new initiative. He established the then revolutionary concept of a full-time yeshiva designed for Jews with little to no Jewish background.

The outreach movement entered a new stage of its impact with the offering of a learning program of total immersion. Prior to this development. The world wide army of emissaries had awakened the Jewish spirit and the need arose to provide a nurturing environment where a jew could not only be inspired by his newly found heritage but also claim the fulness of his birthright by living an authentic and rich Jewish lif to its fullest.

The rebbe revealed that such a yeshiva devoted to the end of integrating beginners to Jewish fluency was the ultimate fulfillment of the entire lubavitch yeshiva system from its inception.

Our Unique Contribution

While the concept of a beginners yeshiva was thankful, adopted and implemented by a wide spectrum of jews from many cultural and philosophical backgrounds, the rebbe’s vision for such an institution was clearly articulated. There must be a dedicated in-depth daily curriculum of Jewish mysticism along with the more conventional requirements of Talmud and Jewish law.

The fusion of both is a necessary requirement to make the healthy integration into a balanced life of Torah and Mitzvos when starting from a secular upbringing. We are fortunate and blessed to be one of a very small number of such institutions in the entire world.
